We hold the only grinding steel ball automatic production line of roll forging machine in China which we develop and create by ourselves. The raw materials that we use are high quality alloy steel. Chemical elements: C: 0.52-0.65; Si: 0.15-0.37; Mn: 0.6-1.2; S & P: 0.04Max; Cr: 0.25Max.
2.Rcab-II forged steel balls Size:1.5''--6'' Hardness:HRC56-60
Chemical elements: C: 0.72-0.82; Si: 0.15-0.35; Mn: 0.7-0.8; S & P: 0.035Max; Cr:0.28-0.60
3.High chrome cast balls Size:1''-4''
Hardness:HRC58-65; Chrome content:11-14%
4.Low chrome cast balls Size:1"-4"
Hardness:HRC50-55; Chrome content:1-3.5%
They mostly apply in various mines, cement plants, power stations, chemical industries etc. The specialties: high hardness, no breakage, good wear resistance, even wearing and also it has obtained a high reputation from customers in domestic and foreign market.
